Alietto scarves are crafted in France, in a silk-specialized workshop in Lyon.
The fabric preparation stages, degumming, scouring, washing, and bleaching are carried out according to precise methods rooted in demanding textile expertise.
This choice ensures responsible, local, and carefully controlled production.
The choice of silk
The silk used is natural, selected for its quality, structure, and its ability to reveal the drawing.
Two weaves are favored, depending on the nature of the motif and the desired finish :
14 momme silk twill
Dense, textured, slightly matte. Its diagonal weave enhances the precision of fine lines and emphasizes contrasts.
12 momme silk satin
Smoother and more luminous, chosen for its sheen and the way it captures light, especially on pigmented flat areas or metallic tones.
The choice of weave is determined by the drawing, its finesse, its volumes, and the intended material rendering.
Printing
Printing is carried out in high definition, using stable, deep inks that respect the fiber.
They penetrate the silk without altering it, ensuring intensity and long-lasting color while meeting ecological standards.
This stage is essential: it allows the motif to retain its precision while letting the material express itself.
Making
Each scarf is handcrafted and finished with a hand-rolled hem using the traditional French technique.
The edge is rolled and stitched by hand along the entire border of the square.
A discreet, almost invisible gesture, yet one that defines the scarf’s quality and attention to detail.
A considered production rhythm
Alietto primarily operates on a pre-order model.
This approach allows production in the right quantities, respecting the time required for each stage of craftsmanship.
Some pieces may be available in very limited quantities, always following the same philosophy: preserving a controlled rhythm, without excess or overproduction.
This model guarantees quality, coherence across collections, and the singular character of each piece.
The gift card
For pre-order models, a printed card, placed in a signature envelope, may accompany the order.
It allows the piece to be offered immediately while leaving the necessary time for its production.
The card can be handed over in person or sent to the address of your choice.
A thoughtful way to announce that a piece is being specially made for the person it is intended for.
An antique bust, a barely visible lily, fragments lost in vegetation.
La Nuit is a second edition exploring a deeper Mediterranean. Forms double, the drawing is built through chiaroscuro, shaped by engraving, photography, and drawing. Foliage, damp stones, a saline air emerge, but nothing is certain.
The whole reads like a nocturnal crossing, at the water’s edge.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“T&Cs”) apply to all orders placed on the Site. Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of the T&Cs in force on the date of the order.
ARTICLE 1 – SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These T&Cs govern the sale of silk scarves and accessories available on www.aliceettore/alietto.fr,produced in France in limited editions.
Alietto reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The applicable T&Cs are those in force on the date the order is validated.
ARTICLE 2 – ORDERS
Orders are placed exclusively online.
The Client follows a validation process by “double click”, constituting an electronic signature and forming a contractual commitment.
A confirmation email is sent to the Client. The data recorded by the Site constitutes proof of the transactions.
ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND PRE-ORDERS
Products are available as long as they are displayed on the Site, subject to available stock.
In the event of unavailability after an order has been placed, the Client will be refunded or offered an equivalent product.
When certain products are marked as “out of stock”, they may be offered for pre-order in limited quantities. In this case, a longer delivery time applies, generally between 3 to 5 weeks from the date of order. These delivery times are specified on the relevant product page.
ARTICLE 4 – PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are indicated in euros (€).
Alietto is not subject to VAT pursuant to Article 293B of the French General Tax Code (VAT not applicable).
Shipping costs are added before order validation.
Payment is due at the time of order, by credit card or PayPal.
Products remain the property of Alietto until full payment has been received.
ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY
Deliveries are handled by La Poste (Colissimo, tracked letter).
Average delivery times are 3 to 7 business days within France.
The Client must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. In the event of an address error or failure to collect the parcel, the cost of re-shipment will be borne by the Client.
In the event of loss or delivery dispute, an investigation may be initiated. No refund or reshipment may occur before the investigation is completed.
ARTICLE 6 – RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
In accordance with the law, the Client has 14 days to return a product.
Returns from France are at the Client’s expense, except in cases of shipping error or defective product.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and in their original packaging. No refund will be issued if these conditions are not met.
Defective or non-compliant products: return costs will be covered by Alietto. Photo evidence may be requested.
ARTICLE 7 – LEGAL WARRANTIES
The Client benefits from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-3 to L.217-20 of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).
In the event of non-compliance, Alietto will issue a refund or replacement within 14 days.
ARTICLE 8 – LIABILITY
Alietto cannot be held liable for damages inherent to the use of the Internet, nor for events of force majeure.
ARTICLE 9 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All visuals, texts, drawings and graphic elements on the Site are the exclusive property of Alice Ettore.
Any unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
ARTICLE 10 – PERSONAL DATA
The data collected is necessary for order processing and customer relationship management.
The Client may access, modify or request deletion of their personal data at any time by writing to: contact@alietto.fr
No banking data is stored by the Site. Payments are processed via Stripe or PayPal.
ARTICLE 11 – GOVERNING LAW
These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the competent courts shall be those within the jurisdiction of the entrepreneur’s place of residence.

Shipping & Returns
Our silk squares are produced in ultra-limited, numbered quantities. Each piece is conceived through a thoughtful and exclusive approach, ensuring its rarity and uniqueness.
The production process is slow and demanding, entrusted to workshops selected for their craftsmanship and ethical commitment.
Delivery times and conditions
• In-stock pieces (marked “Add to cart”) are prepared and shipped within 3 to 5 business days (mainland France).
• Pre-order pieces (marked “Pre-order”) are produced on demand, in very small quantities. The average production and delivery time is approximately 5 weeks. These timeframes are specified on each product page.
Please note that some shipments may exceptionally take longer due to the artisanal nature of our production.
Shipments are handled via La Poste (tracked letter or Colissimo). A tracking number is sent by email once the order has been dispatched.
We ship within France and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to the destination.

Returns & exchanges
You have a legal period of 14 days from receipt of your order to return a piece, provided it is in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Returns must be reported in advance to: contact@alietto.fr
• Once the return has been approved and the item received, a refund will be issued within 14 days.
Items made to order or personalized cannot be returned, except in cases of defect or non-compliance.
In the event of a defective product or shipping error, Alietto will cover the return shipping costs. Photo evidence may be requested.
